Shipping & Delivery

Rates

Standard delivery is $9.00 and free on orders over $150.00. Express delivery is $9.00 and is offered at checkout wherever our courier supports it.

Processing time

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are packed the same day. Orders ship Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery windows

Standard delivery arrives in 3–5 business days; express in 1–2. Remote addresses can add a day or two beyond the courier estimate.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed the moment your parcel is collected. If it has not moved for 48 hours, write to us and we will chase the courier for you.

Customs & duties

International orders may attract import duties set by your own country. These are payable by the recipient and are not included in the price at checkout.
